About Doug

Doug started his career in 2010 working solely behind the chair. A couple years into his career he started down his dream career path and started his journey traveling and educating salon professionals for Redken 5th Ave NYC. Through this Redken journey he has earned the title of Redken Specialist, Redken Haircolor Certified Stylist, Redken Design Certified Stylist, and Redken Balayage Certified Stylist. When he is not in the salon you can find him traveling the country inspiring other Salon Professionals or he is working with his husband on their Lifestyle Brand, ELEVEN//Three  to help fund starting a family.
